Because I'm a good friend, I'm going to go with a buddy and spend a whole evening watching belly dancers. Not that I have anything against belly dancing and the performers who do it, you just have to be in a certain sort of mood to want to see belly dancing and the performers who do it.
I've just put in a full work day at a job I detest with people I detest even more. I'm not in any sort of mood. In fact, I think I'm actually quite numb from the head down.
But here I am. Miraculously put together somehow, waiting for said friend to come and pick me up. Scantilly clad women are going to whirl about me and I'm just a little dissapointed that no matter how close there belly buttons are to me, I just won't give a damn.

i heard that's why people try cutting. have you ever tried that? i guess if it's a choice between cutting and watching belly dancers, i would probably say bring on the lamb stew and clinkety clinks.
I saw a woman wiggle at the speed of a hummingbird's wings. I smoked some wierd concoction of mint and dutch apple tobacco out of a large hookah. I ate a wholotta' falafel.
Meh. Could be worse. Could have been cutting myself all night.
at least you didn't tell me you smoked tobacco out of a large hoo-hah! this thread has deteriorated.
i love the artistry.
The thig is, one of those belly dancer types lands in a field somewhere, cuts out a crop circle and then suddenly its like children of the corn. They are that starved for culture, you know?
SO these colonies of belly dance freak cultists spring up and suddenly you are obliged to go. The only way to combat it is to start some culture of your own. I favor strip clubs - even if its just talk, it can have an effect. That and some Slayer or Megadeth.
Not your style? Well then enjoy your belly dance my driend, because thats the life you chose by your buddha minded inaction.
